A Brief Introduction
Howdy, I’m Jarne, and I would like to introduce myself as a highly driven programmer with a love for creating innovative game experiences, being most enthusiastic about exploring the growing technologies concerning Gameplay Programming.
I have been an avid gamer for as long as I can remember, which has led to my creative profession today. My expertise has grown through my education at Howest University of Applied Sciences studying Digital Arts & Entertainment, known for its excellence and three-time award-winning “Best Game Design & Development School” by The Rookies World School Rankings®.
Through college, independent projects, and professional work, I have gained experience in different programming languages and game engines. My experience in game development includes designing user interfaces, optimizing game performance, and most importantly creating gameplay mechanics- and systems alongside fellow game designers, artists, audio engineers, and other colleagues.
